Prior to founding Eskow Law Group, Jonathan worked as an attorney at Saul Ewing and also co-founded an enterprise software company. Having grown up in a family of dentists, Jonathan has a unique understanding of the business and practical needs of his dentist/doctor and DSO/MSO clients.
Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his juris doctor from Cardozo School of Law.
Making his home in in Brookline, Massachusetts, he loves spending time with his wife, three kids, and their dog. They enjoy visits to Vermont, especially during ski season. He’s also a diehard Boston Red Sox fan and an overall sports junkie.

Specializes in the corporate world of healthcare and works on a wide range of strategic transactions including acquisitions, mergers, recapitalizations, divestitures and DSO/MSO structuring.
Before Eskow Law Group, Greg worked in the financial services sector with a focus on the M&A and investment management practice areas. He also spent time at Bridgewater Associates and FRM (a division of Man Group) and worked as an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Milbank focusing on corporate law and M&A transactions.
Greg earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and his juris doctor from New York Law School.
Deeply involved in his community, he coaches his son’s baseball teams, is an active board member of !mpaCT (a Connecticut-based charity focused on serving underprivileged children) and served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the town of Westport, CT from 2017-2021. He’s also an avid golfer and enjoys teaching his daughter how to play (fully expecting her to beat him by the age of 15).
Specializes in all aspects of healthcare legal matters, with a specific focus on corporate structuring, regulatory matters and mergers, acquisitions and sales for independent dentists/doctors as well as DSOs/MSOs.

Eric is a retired Coast Guard officer with experience in operations, financial management and legal. Prior to joining Eskow Law Group (and following his service to the Coast Guard), Eric worked as the Chief Legal Officer for a national healthcare company where he managed all aspects of the legal department, including M&A, regulatory, compliance, HR/employment, real estate and litigation.
Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, his MBA from the College of William and Mary and his juris doctor from University of Baltimore Law School.
Residing in South Florida, Eric loves spending time with his wife, three kids, and their dog. He’s a fitness aficionado, an avid Florida Panthers fan, and an active board member of Special Compass (a charity aimed at providing athletic competitive opportunities for differently-abled athletes).

Specializes in real estate aspects of healthcare transactions, including leasing and acquisitions/dispositions.
Julia's prior law firm experience includes Goulston & Storrs PC in Boston and Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, where she represented landlords and developers in office, retail, lab, and industrial leasing, acquisitions, and financings nationwide. Before joining Eskow Law Group, she served as corporate counsel for Bright Horizons Children's Centers, and as Assistant General Counsel - Commercial for Reimagined Parking, Inc.
Julia earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard College and her juris doctor from Columbia Law School.
Julia lives in Arlington, Massachusetts with her husband, two children and cat. She is active in the neighborhood school PTO, and enjoys creative design and educational projects.

Before joining Eskow Law Group, Scott served as corporate counsel at Cetera Financial Group, where he advised senior leadership on deal structure and strengthened the company’s internal M&A and compliance programs. He also spent time at Mintz & Gold LLP and Prove Identity, Inc.
Scott earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State and his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
Outside the office, Scott is an avid golfer and sports fan who enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their dog.

Specializes as a paralegal supporting all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance for the firm’s clients.
Before joining Eskow Law Group, Kristina developed extensive experience at Holland & Knight LLP and Charter Communications supporting senior leadership, general counsel, and law firm partners in complex transactional and corporate governance matters.
Kristina earned her undergraduate degree and paralegal certification from Sacred Heart University and her master’s degree from Western Connecticut State University.
Kristina enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, and is a lifelong Philadelphia Eagles fan (go birds). She also serves as a Board Member of the Downtown Advisory Committee for the Town of Bethel, Connecticut, where she supports local businesses, encourages collaboration, and helps guide future community initiatives.
